The hotel is conveniently located right off Highway 278, just before the bridges to Hilton Head Island, making it convenient for visiting both HHI and Bluffton. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but some areas need better attention to detail. The service is a mixed bag, with some staff being very helpful while others lack accommodation and kindness initially.
I had a very comfortable stay with my 3 children and 2 adults. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious, offering great comfort for all of us. The only downside was the loud noise that made it hard to get a good sleep at times.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were amazing, comfy, and clean, although the pillows could have been better. The service was exceptional from the start to finish, with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, close to the outlets and just a short drive from the beach. The dining experience was very good, especially the omelettes I had. Overall, a great value for the money.
